Permission to leave grounds

Excursions  From time to time, students leave the school grounds to go to swimming classes, or to take part in sporting events or visit places of interest in the local area. Parents are asked to sign a general consent form that covers these types of excursions when the student is first enrolled.

The school sends home a special permission form for any major excursion, such as one that involves an overnight stay or physically demanding activity.

Leaving school early  Students who must leave the school before the end of the school day need a written note or personal contact explaining the reason. Students must be signed out from the office by a parent or caregiver before they are allowed to leave.
